As avid trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the well-run hotel with friendly and efficient staff. They even took the time to provide us with great advice on local shopping and a delicious milk/egg dessert recipe. The food at the restaurant was top-notch, and our hotel room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, and many of them were fluent in English. The location was perfect for the events we were attending, and the breakfast included a variety of options like eggs, bacon, fruits, breads, and more. The hotel also had a rooftop terrace/pool area and cozy sitting areas in the lobby.
We felt relaxed and had no complaints at all.

We had a great stay at Golden Tower Pinheiros By Fenix Hoteis. The room was spacious and the city view was nice. The rooftop terrace offered a fine 360° view of the city. The tub in the room was a pleasant surprise after a long journey. We also enjoyed the convenient location in the quiet Pinheiros district, with easy access to the metro station and city center. The free WiFi was a bonus. we had a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the Pinheiros neighborhood was perfect for exploring the vibrant nightlife of the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the cityscape, and we wish we had more time to relax by the swimming pool. this place exceeded our expectations and we would love to come back.

The hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area, making it easy to get to the center on the metro. The neighborhood is also nice, offering a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
There were some noise issues in the rooms, particularly from the AC and pipes. However, this did not greatly impact the overall experience.

The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the lively Rue de Pinheiros with plenty of dining options. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a rooftop pool with a fantastic view. The cleanliness of the room was great, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits and juices.

Convenient location for international flights with spacious rooms, nice city view, and small tub. Nearby Japanese restaurant highly recommended. Good shopping street with various food options. Friendly and helpful staff who saved me money on my next stay. Perfect location with good breakfast.
